​At TwinkleStar Asset, we serve as the lead investor or sponsor for multi family real estate investment.  We work with passive investors who have cash and a desire to invest in MF real estate, but lack the time and expertise to be a lead investor or sole owner.  TwinkleStar Asset focuses on investments in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.  We select the sub-market in the DFW, identify a property (Class B or C) that fits the hybrid strategy, and secure the loan and operate the property.  We have a strong, successful track record in the DFW area.  If our investment strategy and philosophy align with yours, contact us at TwinkleStar to participate in future projects.
